The company needed to run a selection process to select an implementation partner for a Hyperion HFM project. I successfully ran this process and then established the project documentation during the project preparation phase. This has led to establishing other project set-ups and software / vendor selections within the organisation.

The client was going through some difficult changes, having implemented software and needed to drive the expected process improvements through. I concentrated on workflow, holdups and the metrics to drive the processes. In a short time period, the Accounts Receivable and Credit Controls were realigned, allowing effectiveness.

An agile approach was utilised to parallel the detailed requirements gathering with the initial build phase, allowing the project timelines to be achieved.
