Playing a crucial role, I have been managing operations in the Club providing overall support to the team. I have been addressing operational issues, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.Besides, I have always maintained optimum resource utilization to provide maximum service quality that has resulted in customer delight and repeat business. This has also involved taking corrective actions to resolve guest complaints and issues in a prompt manner. I have always made myself available on the radio ensuring excellent coordination in all the areas of the club to enable smooth flow of operations.

During this time, I was leading bar operations taking orders from the customers and ensured that the staff performed well in preparing, mixing and garnishing cocktails and other specialty drinks to be served to our customers. I was overseeing all transactions and the bar staff, keeping things organized and stocked at all times. I also kept track of the inventory on hand, bar supplies and drink pricing while assisting guests with any other specific requests. I made consistent efforts for providing value added services to our guests and bottle tables. Additionally, I performed functions for hiring and training new bartenders as required.
