I help provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support for a range of customers from individual users to large corporate networks across multiple sites. This includes dealing with faults logged by telephone and email, aiming to resolve them as quickly as possible over the phone, with remote support software or onsite. I am mainly responsible for supporting 3 of our major contract customers, which includes a large design company with 100+ users. This involves diagnosing and finding solutions to software or hardware faults with user machines and servers as well as escalating faults, as required. While at GBM Digital Technologies, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in backup solutions, asset management software and mobile device management. 
I also have experience of:- Active Directory integration into Apple Mac networks.- Supporting Adobe, Quark and Microsoft products. - Software/hardware installations and upgrades.- Performing in and out of warranty repairs to Apple specifications.

Employed part time whilst studying at University. Main duties included liaising with with Chef to ensure busy lunch times ran smoothly. Ensuring all customers were dealt with efficiently and effectively whilst maintaining accurate logs of stock and reordering when necessary.

Responsible for the computer network and telephone systems across two main sites and the distributor network of retail outlets. Focussed on hardware and software support for all PC’s, Servers, Printers and other equipment. Assisting with support of the in-house UNIX systems and development of the company website and intranet.

Working in the store to help customers with any technical questions that they had regarding products.
