I provide leadership development for a local non-profit organization through regular training and interactive sessions. Within this role I speak to groups of people, both large and small. I work with identified leaders via mentorship and life coaching.

I worked with local non-profit organizations to provide accountability and encouragement. I utilize my skill set to build camaraderie and team spirit, while working with individuals regarding various issues dealing with communication, volunteer management, etc.

I worked with local non-profit organizations to help assess their current state of effectiveness. I helped them identify key areas of organizational strength as well as areas for improvement, and provided recommendations to implement enthuse areas.

In this role I worked with a state-wide non-profit organization to help train up and equip upcoming leaders to fill various leadership roles in their organization.

I provided leadership development for a local non-profit organization through regular training and interactive sessions. I would speak to groups of people of all ages, with a target age range of college to career, ages 18 - 60. I worked with identified leaders via mentorship and life coaching.

I helped develop the curricula and exams for the Leadership Development Program, as well as training and instruction for the student body.

I developed and taught the curricula for the Public Speaking Workshop as well as the Spiritual Guidance Facilitator Training.

I traveled through California and Nevada, as well as visiting Illinois and Maryland, speaking to both large and small groups of people discussing life purpose, how to overcome life's struggles and providing suggestions for solutions to these issues.

Over the course of nine years I was promoted four times within this multi-million dollar company being the youngest employee at the time to rise to the level of middle management. I started at ground level and by God's grace I was recognized as a faithful, bright, talented and skilled apprentice willing to work hard and strove for excellence in everything.
