Over see the installation process of floor coverings and wall tile, for new construction projects, I track the progress of the homes from slab to closing using the company’s proprietary job tracking app, so the installation starts on time and finishes on time, inspecting the installation processes making sure the crews install per the builders specifications, communicating on a continuous basis with multiple building supervisors, on each of the multiple subdivisions I manage and the flooring installation crews, I also communicated to the office the release of materials to the feild, reordering of short or damaged materials.I complete inspections with Homeowners for any warranty concerns, then assist the service department and getting the warranty service completed.
