I'm a highly resilient and results driven individual, be that delivering a project or developing a team to achieve their potential while not burning out in the process.As a team manager I have always prided myself on being there for my team, I prefer to coach and allow people to learn rather than micro-manage, I find this bring out the passion and dedication in people. From this I have developed highly skilled and reliable teams that are committed to the work we are doing. I am a team player, my work with Mountain Rescue has given me the opportunity to see what a high performing team in an often stressful environment looks like and can do.As a project manager I believe the ultimate goal is to deliver something that creates a win-win for all involved and ultimately cuts out low value admin tasks that enables people to focus on higher value things that they enjoy and brings meaning to the company. I have an excellent track record of delivering projects and products that have genuinely made a difference to business processes and operations.I am a big believer in continual learning and like to reflect on what could have gone better and how I could do better. I am a problem solver, and continual learning is the backbone of that.
