One of the things I like most about my work is being present when people experience their “lightbulb moment”. That point in time when they “get it”, sometimes it happens in a classroom, you see their eyes light up and they understand their issue in a new way. Sometimes it’s in a team meeting when several people reach a realization at the same time, knowing that they see a path toward a better solution is highly gratifying.I’ve been helping individuals and organizations realize better solutions since 1999. Oftentimes those improvements are brought about through formal methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean, however the most consistent factor is the successful engagement of stakeholders and subject matter experts who provide the real insight.With a broad experience base across a number of industries, business sectors and varied positions, I have gained the ability to focus and lead teams to solutions that they had not previously considered. Supported through root cause analysis, process and value stream mapping, change facilitation, and statistics, I help teams fix their issues for the final time.I love my work, and take great pride in creating atmospheres of support, inclusion and collaboration with diverse teams through engagement, encouragement and empowerment.
