As Clinical Lecture with the Hynes Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Iona, I teach a variety of courses, including Introduction to Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Introduction to Ideation and Design Thinking, and How Emerging Technologies Drive Innovation and Societal Change. I also developed a new course called Foundations and Applications of Artificial Intelligence that serves to future-proof our students by helping them understand how to use AI productively and ethically as they graduate and move into the workforce.

Designed and implemented Iona University’s role in the SBA-funded Community Navigator Pilot Program- Iona, along with 17 other organizations, developed programming for free business counseling, educational resources, and essential business services to veterans & military families- Developed strategic partnerships across NY State & DC Metro with key multipliers to spread awareness and engagement of the program- Designed and implemented Airtable CRM & database, reporting tools to record client data, contact hours, etc. for SBA reporting- Developed and marketed a webinar series, bringing in dynamic speakers across all areas of entrepreneurship - Built a team of business advisors with varying skill sets to provide holistic support to veteran entrepreneurs - Delivering over 300 hours of counseling and nearly 100 in-network referrals to over 80 businesses to dateDesigned and delivered the first three iterations of City Labs, pairing design thinking students with a local municipality to engage stakeholders to create innovative solutions:- Designed and implemented a Women & Minority Owned Business microsite for the City of Mount Vernon to support MWBE certification and government contracting - Developed an innovative fundraising program for engaging residents in the City of Yonkers affordable housing to build community and raise money for environmental equity projects- Developed a retail incubator program incorporating VR and AR technologies to facilitate the development of brick-and-mortar businesses in downtown New Rochelle Designed and implemented the infrastructure for The Hynes Institute’s student incubatorBuilt a robust mentor network of alumni and local business experts to support students in their entrepreneurial journeys

Adjunct for The Hynes Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Iona College, teaching undergraduate courses on Entrepreneurship, Ideation and Design Thinking. I help entrepreneurship students conceive of ideas, develop them through human-centered design, and turn them into ethical and sustainable businesses.

As Designer-in-Residence at The Hynes Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, it is my role to develop a Makerspace & Maker mindset and culture on campus. This includes:- Leveraged no-code tools to work with students outside of class to develop prototypes of products, apps, and services- Created a resource list of free, no-code platforms to empower students to create high-fidelity prototypes - Worked with Hynes Institute faculty in and out of the classroom to support students' prototyping efforts- Developed cross-discipline partnerships with Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Social Work, and others to bring the entrepreneurial mindset and Design Thinking tools across campus- Built a flexible makerspace at the Hynes institute that includes 3D printing equipment and simple prototyping materials- Implemented maker events in partnership with the Iona CEO club to foster a maker culture on the Iona Campus

The Systems Studio supports business owners who are facing barriers to growth. We provide a top-down diagnostic of an organization's structure, workflows, systems, and other key areas. This report drives an action plan to implement key organizational systems and implementations to drive growth.

I teach several technology-based classes with the Bronxville Adult School, including the Google Suite, Web Design, and photo editing. Most recently I have been teaching courses focused on demystifying generative AI. These classes explore How Gen AI works, the various AI tools available, and how to ethically and productively use AI for a variety of daily tasks.

I was responsible for running the entire studio operation. I found talent, booked sessions, engineered session, and managed the studio facilities and equipment.

As a live mix engineer, I was responsible for broadcasting musical artist live on air. This involved the load-in, set up, sound check, broadcast, and breakdown in no more than 2 hours. In addition, I participated in countless studio recording projects.

Assist on the set up and break down of sessions and the daily operation of the studio. The highlights of the engineers I assisted include, Jimmy Douglas, Jay Messina, and Bonzai Caruso. In addition, I worked on sessions with Jay Z, Duran Duran, The Scissor Sisters, Pete Rock, and many others.
