Rob is known for inspiring teams to embrace innovation and change in order to sustain and evolve business and to meet the needs of customers and society. In addition, Rob led high-performing cross functional teams to understand and develop strategies for complex technical, standards and business ecosystems and directed teams to identify, build and/or procure solutions to meet constituents’ needs, gain efficiencies in processes and work flow and realize new business opportunities.His executive leadership at IEEE was to elite teams focused on technology ecosystems, technology lifecycles and emergent technologies and related strategic and innovation initiatives to provide a best-in-class portfolio of solutions to standards-related collaboration and consensus building communities and who were dedicated to a superior experience for the diverse, global and multi-stakeholder constituency.
