Drove all remaining work to a revised but still aggressive timeline through launch.• Brought in Year 2 of what was originally a one-year project to develop and launch Tivo’s first AndroidTV-based product. Coordinated efforts across multiple departments to identify and address all roadblocks. • Came in as a consultant, successfully built their RMA department before converting to full-time and taking over all IT and business systems, as well as their order-fulfillment department.• Personally designed and rolled out multiple key business tools to Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Worked closely with the CEO and COO to develop the tools and reports needed to aggressively scale the business.

Rapidly redesigned all hardware and software, worked with mechanical design and procurement to build, test, and ship 100 prototypes in time to hit the original commitment date.• Assembled and led a 20-person team through the development and on-time delivery of an early forerunner to today’s smartphones.
