As a trained product design engineer my main goal is creating an optimal product for the user by taking into account all factors involved; aesthetics, ergonomics, user experience, producability, ease of assembly. My working experience over recent years provided me with a much broader skill set extending far beyond product development. Since 2014 I have led miscea GmbH together with the CEO from heavily loss making to profit running in 2016. I am responsible for all technical aspects of the company; R&D, quality management, production, service, purchasing. Besides this I re-engineered existing products to drastically increase failure rates. Both products are now used widely in high end application areas such as banks, offices, public toilets, private toilets, etc.
