The system processes 15M items a second with a p90 latency of 10ms.Global IT : 2018 - 2020Lead Developer working on the technology used by all Amazon IT Support engineers and internal IT products. Designed, supported and built internal CRM system for support engineers. Supported internal tools for updating user passwords, scheduling meetings and software license management. International Tech : 2017 - 2018InTech was focused on improving the internationalization and localization of Amazon's website. The team's goals were to improve and expand Amazon's reach for international and non-english speaking customers. In this role I designed and developed a reporting database and ETL processes to track the websites localization and designed a system to detect translation errors on the site.
