Aside from day-to-day director responsibilities, I developed a strong project portfolio, having supported various organisations with their tailored and generic learning and development requirements.Projects included:• Accor HotelsPartnered with an industry expert to co-create a cutting-edge learning platform and comprehensive courseware, ensuring seamless access for all colleagues across the company’s global network of spas, enhancing training and development opportunities worldwide.• The Home OfficeWorked with the project support team to design, develop and deliver an eLearning package on Human Trafficking in various languages made available to over 1,000 border force agency staff throughout the Caribbean and South America. • CharitiesWorked with the Counter Fraud and Health & Safety leads at Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie, and Breast Cancer Now to produce a bespoke mandatory training course, made available for all staff and volunteers. • Places Leisure (part of Places for People)Successfully tendered for a 3-year contract (extended to 5), to create a suite of bespoke and off-the-shelf eLearning courses and bespoke LMS for a workforce of over 8,000 colleagues across 100+ sites. The courses covered mandatory, soft skills, informative and management development. We delivered flawless, user-friendly content on time and on budget. • Nuffield HealthWorked with the Health & Safety team to create a series of tailored eLearning courses to subsequently be made available on their existing learning platform. We used our existing ready developed courses and adapted them. • Circadian TrustLead consultant on the design and development of a new employee onboarding program for both contracted and non-contracted staff. Circadian was looking to simplify and join up their induction experience for all colleagues in various roles within the business. I engaged with the senior leadership team to develop the content and support the rollout.

Working with some of the leading health, fitness and active leisure operators and suppliers in the hotel, public and private sectors working on temporary assignments and contracts:Sample project: Consultant, Proleisure, ContractI was deployed across several leisure centres in the Fusion Lifestyle portfolio over a fixed period of 12-months, working closely with the senior management team from head office and colleagues working within the centres. The focus was on supporting them through pre and post opening following refurbishment and new build programmes to deliver pre-determined sales targets through a programme of support, recruitment, training, and coaching. The result was uplift versus budget book sales of £303,153.

Providing support to the business, delivering key projects, managing the recruitment division, providing in person training, and managing the call centre.Sample project: Training & RecruitmentNegotiated and set up key client accounts for the continuous management and supply chain of health club membership sales consultants. The sales consultants initially attended my sales and customer service training course. I had more than 800 delegates attend my course over my tenure in the role and successfully placed over 60% of eligible candidates into both temporary and permanent roles within the leisure industry.
