Manage downtime in store through cold calls to existing clients as well as handing out flyers to surrounding businesses.

Assist clientele with the purchase of new devices, set them up on the best rates available in accordance to their usage. Troubleshoot any and all issues with the phones or any service issue present. Repair and/or replace any damaged parts on smartphones. Maintain record of all parts and repairs performed in store.
