Hierin staat een functionele en inspirerende werkomgeving centraal. Om dit te realiseren werk ik nauw samen met stakeholders om de specifieke behoeften te achterhalen en te vertalen naar een werkplekconcept.Daarnaast stel ik programma’s van eisen op en begeleid ik projecten van concept tot realisatie. Mijn gestructureerde aanpak zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen tijd en budget worden opgeleverd, zonder concessies aan kwaliteit.

For these locations I was responsible for planning, all action items, communications with local teams and US head office. Conducting research how the current housing of the client can be optimized and with these results develop a new workplace concept for their eleven story building and appr. 450 workstations. The project team consists of 3 representatives from the client, a senior project manager, external architect and myself. Within the project team I am responsible for the planning, progress and the delivery of sub deliverables and end product.

Verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van een aantal gelijktijdig lopende verhuisprojecten op facilitair gebied. Het voorbereiden, coördineren, begeleiden en controleren van afspraken gemaakt met interne medewerkers zoals de afdeling ICT, verschillende externe leveranciers en het aansturen van het verhuisteam.

Binnen het segment key accounts verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van de serviceteams op een van de accounts. Hieronder valt het implementeren en doorontwikkelen van verbeter initiatieven, financiële verantwoording en het begeleiden van (facilitaire) projecten.

Projectcoördinator voor het herhuisvestingsproject van FrieslandCampina. Het project omvatte het herinrichten van de kantoortuinen en het herplaatsen van de verschillende teams (circa 1700 werkplekken). Mijn verantwoordelijkheden waren onder andere: werkvoorbereiding, aansturen van onderaannemers, communicatie van en naar de gebruiker en het succesvol afsluiten van het project.
