Current- Coordinates the activities and staff engaged in recruitment processes.
- Selects, trains, oversees, and evaluates professional and technical clerical employees.
- Oversees a training committee that creates and provides workshops for internal employees on various topics.
- Manages agency social media accounts for the purposes of branding, recruitment, and outreach.
- Develops, reviews, administers, and validates job examinations.
- Conducts classification studies ranging from consultation with management, desk audits, revision of classification, salary studies, and the creation of new classifications.
