- Perform system problem solving relating to all things network and cyber security related. - Maintain hardware and software ensuring proper patching, change management, and inventorying for cyber security posture and risk tolerance. - Perform project management serving as team leader on technology implementations that are tied to business requirements and all applicable federal laws. - Created & maintains district/department/end user documentation, department policies, IT procedures, and inventory management. - Utilize the NIST Cybersecurity Framework in creating and making changes to systems including mitigating risks from CVEs, least privilege access, and implementing MFA/2FA for systems used district wide. - Monitor ingress and egress traffic for network connectivity issues, security incidents, and security measure implementations.

Responsibilities:- Maintaining roughly ~2K devices day to day in a mixed environment of ChromeOS and Windows- Assist in administration of our Google Apps 4 Edu environment.- Active Directory Domain wide management through group policies and active directory objects.- Creating & maintaining District/Department/End User documentation, department policies, IT procedures, and inventory management.- Managing and maintaining IP camera infrastructure for day to day physical security surveillance.- Single point administrator for handling Equitrac as print management solution within district.- Total control of Operating System Deployment processes and management.- Writing reports and providing insights on the efficacy of the current security policies, incident responses, disaster recovery plans, and other security-related information.- Respond to, investigate, and document all system and/or network security breaches/incidents.- Continual implementation and documentation of best practices and patch management related to software and hardware within the district. (Firewall, endpoint protection, servers, end user Windows devices)Accomplishments:- Creating and maintaining script library with documentation to automate tasks that involve active directory.- Complete rebuild of IP camera network infrastructure and servers.- Rebuild of MDT OSD services to make the jump district wide to SCCM and Windows 10.

Main duties included managing users and groups with Google Admin along with day to day ticket creation and completion throughout the district. I managed the RMA process for all 1:1 devices and maintained a working relationship with Google to help sort out many issues we ran into implementing 1:1.Accomplishments- Implementing 1:1 for three schools with tablets and chrome books- Helping with setup and configuration with Admin for GA4E

Day to day tasks involved the managing and creating of support tickets for the 12 buildings within the district. Getting tickets done in a timely manner and keeping professional working relationships with end users throughout the district.Accomplishments- Writing scripts for easier and faster post imaging on machines - Containing and doing write ups for staff for eventual move to 1:1 with Google Apps for Education- Getting my certification in GA4E and Milestone XProtect Corporate
