Project management of large-scale commercial construction projects with emphasis on integrated team-oriented delivery methods. Extensive knowledge of the bid phase, construction, and project close-out using best practices and TQM principles.Experience includes healthcare, higher-education, underground/tunneling, waste water treatment, parking structure, high-rises, and urban developments for regionally, nationally, and internationally recognized clients.I am currently applying the broad project background experience towards furthering the development of Building Information Model practices internally and externally of The Christman Company. The primary goals include: 1. Development and implementation of a corporate BIM Execution Plan (BIMx / BEP)2. Leveraging MEP Coordination for improved quality, reduced waste & on-site installation durations, and increased off-site fabrication of MEP Systems.3. Developing procedures and uses of information models to assist scheduling, estimating and facilities management.4. Utilize BIM as a means of advancing Lean practices across all phases of project management.5. Improve project site staff use of BIM to enhance current procedures and workflow.6. Capitalize on existing workflow and software capabilties to deliver our clients an as-built model for Facility Management of assets, including embedded data, links to external documents, and streamlined population of their existing CMMS/CAFM database.
