Employee benefits are complex and employees have many questions. I enjoy finding creative ways to simplify this complexity, making it understandable so employees feel more confident when making decisions.Through deep discovery I make sure to learn all there is to know about each client's benefits package, bringing to the table all the research and data the industry has on employee engagement and satisfaction. Then we dig in to find a unique solution that ensures their employees fully understand and are satisfied with their options. At The Orientation Company, we know what employees need to feel supported. Built by a team of veterans who understand this industry and its evolution, our company has a lot to offer:• we deeply understand benefits communication and enrollment solutions, leaning on lessons learned and relationships built• we know what it takes to make an employee feel engaged during orientation and benefits enrollment with personalized one-on-one communication• we invest the time to get to know each benefits package so we can offer meaningful guidanceThere's nothing more important than relationships, whether that relationship involves the client, their consultant and me, or whether it’s between the client and their employees. Nourishing these relationships is Job 1 at The Orientation Company and it's why I'm thrilled to be a part of this team.Outside the office, I am a dyed-in-the-wool soccer fanatic. Back when I officiated matches, I referred to myself as a soccer referee who also worked in insurance and benefits. I also love to find humanitarian work I can do abroad. Pitching in and digging drainage ditches, building houses or bringing water to a remote village is very satisfying. You get to meet people, do something meaningful, travel… and maybe even find time for an international soccer match.Specialties include: client relationships | sales leadership | business development
