Led team of 50 people in CTO organization, focused on recruitment, onboarding, and talent development of DevOps Engineers. Our team was responsible for a suite of services that were essentially DevOps as a platform to provide infrastructure, instances, and a foundational start with containers (OpenShift & Kubernetes), Elastic Search (ELK), automated infrastructure, automated CI/CD pipelines, etc.

Worked on a team of transformation specialists and organizational catalysts, charged with reorienting teams with the customer, and lean product and software development. The core job focused on organizational change at all levels, leadership coaching, scrum/kanban consulting, devops coaching (engineering practices), etc.

CA Technologies was acquired by Broadcom.My primary focus was working with engineering teams to deliver commercially available mainframe software. Specifically, I worked with product leaders, UX designers, and engineers on mainframe automation software.As an engineering project manager, I was focused on helping teams with obstacles, quarterly, release and sprint planning, particularly coordinating with dependent teams. I also worked closly with product ownership on product roadmaps, customer communications, and localization of software for global delivery.

I worked at Master IPS (Integrated Processing Solutions) as a consultant with their processing con version team.My focus was working with clients converting their atm/debit/credit processing to Mastercard from a competing processor.My work consisted of technical definition, coordination and go live support of ATM's, circuits, on-line and batch transition processing, systems training, financial reconcilement, and product lauches.

My role at US Bank / Elan Financial was as a senior developer leading a small team of engineers focused on financial network interfaces (MasterCard, Visa, Pulse, AFFN, etc.)The bulk of my work was addressing network mandated changes, as well as regulatory changes such as the Durbin amendment, interchange caps stemming from the '08/'09 financial crisis.

As a non-commissioned officer in the United States Army Reserve, I worked as part of a mobile unit focused on preparing units for deployment and demobilization during the early years of the Iraq war. I also served an 18-month deployment from 2004 - 2006 in Kuwait in a logistics supporting role for forward-deployed troops.
