Over 25 years of retail, sales, account and operations management. Currently working as a GM in building a full field team function and route to market channel in the vape industry. Critical to this is the ability to manage multiple work streams, projects and demands of key decision makers.Prior to that role as an area, regional manager and operations lead I have a wealth of experience in leading and influencing team delivery on continually evolving KPI's, business priorities, customer journey and new products and services within 2 major telecommunications retailers and networks as well as one of the UK's leading after care car brands.I work with my team by focusing on development of their behaviours and motivating individuals to be brilliant at what they do whilst creating performance improvement. Creating a coaching culture is core to how I approach my work.
