Our contact centre products are designed to integrate with backend systems, ensuring that agents are provided with the context needed to provide more seamless and personalised customer service. More than just giving these customers a basic report, we also blend the best of technology with human expertise to provide them with advanced analytics on contact centre performance, and provide business process recommendations that can help improve first call resolution.Given the local success of Telviva One, we are now looking to launch the product in select international markets through a reseller network.A key differentiator for Telviva is our transparency, commitment toward customer service, and network uptime and availability.
