Provided PM support for 3 concurrent projects in multiple stages of the product life cycle for a new product deployment. Worked with internal department managers developing detailed project plans, managing resources with delivery dates and overall accountability of product deployment. Provided onsite support working with remote internal and customer development groups including software, electrical & mechanical engineers. Utilized the 6 degrees of freedom performing precision high volume engineering calculations required for product input. Provided direction and priorities to team members with weekly reporting and calls updating customers on deliverables. Performed on-site unit & system testing with customer interfacing to their WMS & LMS. Identified, tracked and managed project issues, monitored risks and milestones while communicating potential schedule issues to management. Created custom training material used for training sessions during rollout. Working with user group observed significant problem causing production delay, provided customer with understanding of problem and solution to problem resulting in improved ROI.

Responsible for ERP and supporting systems in the launch of a new startup company including on-boarding a flagship pharmaceutical customer. Integration included new ERP & supporting systems, new warehouse & office facility, staffing all within a 60 day timeframe. Developed migration plan with milestones & assignment of responsibilities for both in-house staffing and external vendor support. Performed critical application testing with problem reporting through resolution. Documented processes flow, determine quality control check points and trained user groups responsible for ownership.

Managed SDLC for ERP deployment including bolt-on applications. Worked with users understanding their needs. Worked with in-house developers and vendors developing custom solutions extending the off-the-shelf solution delivering customized efficient solutions. Managed both technical production programmers and application developers. Conducted weekly Application Development Committee meeting for C level management reporting on progress of 5-10 active projects with 30+ projects pending approval.

Assisted customers developing end-end solutions for direct mail packages utilizing barcode technology automating response results. Assisted law firms developing custom applications extracting specific data elements from electronic media storage creating packets for legal review of the courts. Experience working with offshore technical staff performing high volume paper to electronic conversions. Exceeded annual sales quota by 30% and was awarded the highest sales honor for cross selling product lines of business.
