Actively manage and develop direct PPO provider network for group health, workers' compensation and Auto PPO product lines in TN, GA, AL, FL and SC. Create strategies to identify and contract optimum health systems, hospitals, ancillaries and provider groups. Prepare reports on industry trends and product development. Develop corporate sales presentations and create metrics to evaluate and qualify networks to establish company goals, objectives and performance measures. Contract and manage affiliate relationships in national market involving all network products. Coordinate the network implementation of employer groups. Resolve escalated claims and provider issues. Act in IT support role to build technology systems and efficient processes within organization.
