Rob holds a Bachelor of Business and Associate Diploma in Personnel Management and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). In his executive roles Rob has led the development, implementation and oversight of major change initiatives involving the remodelling of business strategies and structures to deliver strong organisational outcomes, improved agility of service and enhanced scale and scope economies.
