Rob Lourey is a people and organisation specialist and experienced non-executive director. He has been a C-suite executive in organisations that have undergone significant growth and transformation. He has many years experience in large, international companies across a broad range of industries including education, media, construction, property, manufacturing, industrial services, and retail and wholesale financial services. He also has strong experience as a non-executive director in Australia, UK and South Africa in the industrial services, health- and aged-care, education, childcare and recruitment/consulting sectors.Rob is currently a non-executive director, (and chair of the nominations and remuneration committee) with Bolton Clarke, one of Australia’s largest and most experienced aged care organisations. He has previously been a non-executive director with Afrox and Afrox Healthcare, South African JSE-listed companies; Michael Page International plc, the FTSE-listed global recruitment firm and KU Children’s Services, an Australian early childhood education organisation. He was chair of the remuneration committee at each of these organisations. Rob has also served as Non Executive Chair at AccessEAP, a not for profit employee assistance organisation. He has been the principal human resources executive in publicly listed companies and has had responsibility for operations in Australia, Asia, UK, Europe, USA, Africa, Middle East and New Zealand. Rob holds a Bachelor of Business and Associate Diploma in Personnel Management and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). In his executive roles Rob has led the development, implementation and oversight of major change initiatives involving the remodelling of business strategies and structures to deliver strong organisational outcomes, improved agility of service and enhanced scale and scope economies.
