With over 30 years of managing design, planning, and construction projects for numerous public and private sector clients, I’ve become proficient at leading projects and programs ranging in cost and scale from small tenant improvements to multi-million dollar, multi-phase contracts for large commercial & industrial facilities. As an experienced project manager, I have facilitated complete project plans, schedules, and designs for a wide variety of buildings and infrastructure improvement projects. Clients appreciate my interpersonal and facilitative skills and tendency toward collaborative processes. For each project I lead, my goal is to include all parties early in the process, facilitate discussions that promote consensus around project goals, and arrive at a common understanding desired final outcomes. I understand the importance of being proactive and identification/tracking of key project objectives as soon as possible. When issues and challenges arise, I’m skilled at communicating with clients, technical experts and contractors to solve problems in a rational and cooperative manner that preserves the owner/consultant/contractor relationship when possible. I enjoy leading multidisciplinary teams consisting of technical staff, consultants, owners and contractors, and motivating teams to exceed everyone’s expectations. I define a successful project as one where every member of the team would willingly work together in the future.
