I was responsible for writing and implementing procedural training for all staff. I was responsible for introducing the new real time PDA system and corresponding software into the A&L department, and I also introduced the engineers lock box system into the Field Service Engineers'. Based on the success of these 2 projects, I got promoted to General Manager at Cardiff.
