• Roll out supplier review program for 50+ carriers with managed spend of 75 MIO Euro for different transport modes such as hazardous, pharma, temperature controlled transports.• Supplier review program for road transport: quality audits, carrier performance and compliance reviews.

• Managing pan European transport management contracts in chemical industry• End-responsible for profit & loss contracts• Realizing above target cost-out savings year-on-year
