My career quickly developed into planning complex maxillofacial facial orthognathic surgical cases at the UK's most prominent regional hospital unit. I qualified with a post-grad diploma in Maxillofacial prosthetics and technology from Manchester (UK) in the early 2000s, thus cementing my passion for the dental and orthodontic community.I was headhunted from the lab/ hospital environment to sales, working for three of the largest global blue-chip companies. Henry Schein, 3M and most recently, Align Technology. I have worked in many roles across multiple continents over the past 17 years. As head of sales training across the EMEA region, I developed and deployed core sales training, lecturing across the global business to employees, GPs and Orthodontists. I developed an industry-first diploma in Orthodontic Science from RCS Glasgow and EduQual for Aligns Global boarding of new staff in 2016.I also received my teaching qualification, a postgraduate diploma in clinical education (EQF), in 2015. I was fortunate to lecture in the UK on the Orthodontic Postgrad course for GKT. Since 2019, I have been living in Australia, supporting the Align technology global business as a Senior Manager of Global customer experience and Sales enablement manager. Over the last four years, I have worked with multiple GPs and Orthodontist across ANZ and APAC, delivering customised training and support to help them discover their WHY and helping them develop and achieve their goals and objectives as a team.
