First worked as a journalistic editor, producing a book's chapter, then worked with an internal IT project.1st - Book: “Assessment Centres and Global Talent Management” (1st ed. November 2011) Thorton, George C. III & Povah, Nigel – ISBN-10: 1409403866Journalistic research, composing, partial translation, and bi-lingual final edition of the material for the chapter “The Brazilian Experience in Assessment Centers”. The chapter is a quick overview of MBA Consulting’s twenty year history and methodologies, trough their 4 foremost success cases: Bradesco, Globosat, Brasken, and Embraco. The raw material took about 4 months of preparation, resulting in more than 15 hours of interviews, with more than 30 top executives and key decision-makers from those companies, in 3 different cities (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Joinville). 2nd - Infolaudo Project: Transposition from an analogical to digital scoring system for clients’ assessments database. Took part of the initial planning phase, helping to re-define the company's core competency clusters, then re-elaborating their entire scoring system.
