Aerial Electric is the pre-eminent national electrical contractor serving major residential development projects throughout the eastern portion of the United States. Aerial provides Engineering Consulting services including Design/Build, Design/Assist, and Budgeting. I lead and organize Aerial's marketing and business development and contribute to overall corporate strategy through creation of the annual Strategic Plan. I also work throughout the organization on process improvement. I am proud to partner with great teams of people in our office and field to create effective processes that allow us to organize and scale our efforts as we execute on a rapid growth plan. PCI is the proven leader in simplifying the high-level disinfection process while protecting staff from toxic vapors and preventing damage to instruments. I managed the marketing across all channels for the organization with an emphasis on digital media and website lead generation. In addition I am responsible for the recruitment and management of our third-party distributors and 1099 representatives.

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to teach a great group of Juniors and Seniors at Western New England University. The course, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, covered various topics including business formation, entrepreneurial attitude and mindset, management, small business marketing, and small business and corporate structure. I had a great time leading discussions with this group.

I led the Internet and general marketing of the dealerships as well as Customer Service (CSI) and Manufacturer/third party lead management. In this role I managed the usage and reporting of our CRM (DealerSocket) and five independent websites. I also negotiated and facilitated a change-over from a Dealer.com to Cobalt website platform.TommyCar Automotive group owns and operates four dealerships in Western Massachusetts. They are: Country Nissan (Hadley, MA), Country Hyundai (Greenfield, MA), Patriot Buick GMC (Charlton, MA), and Northampton Volkswagen.

I directed the sales and marketing activities for the business, as well as assisted in the creation and implementation of the organization's zero-based business plan. I also recruited and managed a staff of sales representatives, sales supervisors, and lead generators. I increased brand awareness through a marketing strategy that included radio advertising, email, social media, direct mail, and neighborhood marketing.I am proud of the fact that during my tenure the business grew over 35%. Through this growth we maintained excellent customer service, annually achieving nearly 83% retention.

I worked with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Consultants to implement a series of factory directed sales processes in key General Motors dealerships. I managed a territory for GM OnStar that included Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and the Pittsburgh Metropolitan area. I was routinely ranked in the top quartile amongst all OnStar District Managers on a monthly basis.

Sold corporate sponsorships for Hall of Fame events, as well as meeting/event space to national and regional businesses.

Duties included various marketing support, press release creation, website site content creation, and game night stories. Part of the planning team for the annual AHL All-Star Classic.
