Responsible for sourcing management and office support staff for a diverse range of clients.

I led the Client Services Team - we were responsible for EVERYTHING that happened outside of the classroom e.g. student welfare, homestay, activities, counselling....I was also responsible for the management and delivery of study abroad programmes - these were groups of students ranging in size from (10 to 250) who came to our college for a study abroad experience which we delivered in a tailored format specific to each group.

Overall responsibility for the day to day running of the school - my main area of focus was sales and marketing, and student welfare.
