Over 30 years in the information technology field. 17 of those years experience were gained at Lawson Software (now an Infor company). I have worked in various capacities including Financials and UNIX/Windows customer product support, software product maintenance, and new product development. For the last seven years I was a Lead Software Engineer in the Human Capital Management (Human Resources, Payroll, Talent Management) group. I have specialized in Payroll and HR on the Lawson 4GL development platform and, for the last four years of my tenure, developed software on the Lawson Landmark development platform (based on Java/J2EE using Eclipse in Windows).Healthcare IT/IS since 2009 including Park Nicollet Health Services in Minnesota and Lakeland Regional Medical Center in Florida.Since 2014, currently enjoying my Senior Consultant role with RPI Consultants, Inc., where I work with clients to reach their goals for Infor Lawson solutions including customizations, upgrades, and support.With my years of software development experience, I have many skills to offer an organization including business requirements analysis, innovative and efficient coding, advanced troubleshooting, systems configuration, installation, effective communication, and team member mentoring. I am a driven, self-motivated, proactive individual who prides himself on a job well done which means a software solution that is on time and exceeds expectations.
