I am a leader in education and human development with over a decade of experience in public education. Working across both the K-12 and postsecondary education sectors, I have been consistently recognized for my ability to strategize, build strong working relationship, and perform under intense pressure. In my current role as Assistant Program Director with the NCSU College Advising Corp, I am responsible for a wide range of administrative and leadership functions including recruiting, hiring, and training recent college graduates to serve as college advisors in high schools across the state of North Carolina. I also contribute to the oversight of a million-dollar budget across multiple funders, as well as data reporting and regulatory compliance accountability.
