This is a call center position where I am on the phone taking customer calls part of the time and the other part answering questions from fellow team members and helping my Team Leader.• Experience assisting Team Leaders with agent questions and administrative duties including escalations, briefings, and other tasks as assigned• Experience identifying quality trends as Account Supervisor and Coach• Experience leading groups discussions on business objectives and expectations• Experience handling very difficult and/or irate customers including taking supervisor calls.
