A referral from a friend brought me to ANZ for a project to re­build the credit card order process in ANZ New Zealand’s Online Store. Tools included Trello, Jira, and Confluence. Worked with a large technology programme using formal Waterfall and a smaller Digital team transitioning to Agile to rapidly deliver the changes.Worked with internal stakeholders to refine requirements, Marketing and Legal to finalize copy, and 3rd party user experience designers and developers in the build.
