As Chief Technology Officer at the Rank Group, Rob delivered multi-channel synergies driving significant customer engagement, increased revenue and innovation in the entertainment based gaming space. Rank is an innovator in venue based entertainment, and is driving significant growth in its digital brands across both desktop web and mobile. The challenge was to join these up in a way which significantly enhanced the customer experience in every channel.In the last 3 years we achieved the following - significant improvement in software delivery throughput and quality through constant and iterative improvements to process via Agile and Scrum methodologies.- previously unseen levels of stability across all digital channels- close alignment with all businesses in terms of Technology strategy and vision including a robust portfolio management process with full stakeholder engagement- a new Technology team structure to support the brand and channel driven nature of the Rank businesses- an upgrade of the core infrastructure in our casinos and clubs to deliver an innovative set of new products.
