Transforming from Tribute Pharmaceuticals to Aralez Pharmaceuticals by way of merger, I worked on the Specialty Products Team. Our portfolio was largely pain-based with Cambia (unique NSAID for migraines), Durela (novel, bi-phase delivery tramadol ) and NeoVisc (viscosupplement for osteoarthritis). 2 products (Collatamp G, as per Theramed) and Proferrin (iron-deficiency) rounded us out. Portfolio focus was on NeoVisc and Collatamp G. NeoVisc: Turned around a slumping territory to achieve top sales in 2015: 109% to target for 2015, when market populated with 12 competitors. Tracking to 105% to target in 2016. In a busy market where customer service is everything, I utilized my communication and marketplace knowledge to leverage and grow my relationships. Was able to uncover individual customer's priority issues and work towards remediation.Collatamp: Top sales for 2012 to 2016. Developed and executed training for new reps, finished 'Major Trials Overview' and created 'Hospital Sales Behaviour Guidelines’ (see Projects).

Theramed went through several phases of development during my 14 years with them. Starting as part-time for 2 years, I initially sold wound care and thyroid supplementation (Eltroxin and Cytomel). 2002 - 2004: Partnered with Genzyme to launch Thyrogen for thyroid cancer. Exceeded sales for each year of our successful 3 year partnership. I achieved top sales in 2002 and 2003 through my diligent work in developing new clients as well as utilizing the KOL status of, at that time, one of Canada's top nuclear medicine physicians who was the lead proponent for Thyrogen. I also trained new reps in Thyrogen. In recognition of my outstanding sales success and contribution to Thyrogen, I received the 'President's Award'.My manager and I worked to exceed sales through conference attendance, development of the Allied Healthcare Presentation on Thyroid Cancer DVD and the Thyroid Cancer Update DVD (see Projects).Additionally, I was promoted to the role of CME Project Leader, while continuing as a Territory Sales Manager from 2003 - 2006. I created and maintained a conference planner by locating conferences appropriate to our products and organized our logistics (staffing, booth / materials transport and monitoring costs). 2005 - 2009: Focused on Synercid (for antibiotic resistant infections), Cytomel (thyroid supplement), FSME Immune (tick-borne encephalitis vaccine) and Delatestryl (testosterone supplementation). 2008 - 2012: Partnered with Bourne Partners to launch Collatamp G, a dissolving antibiotic/hemostat implant, designed to prevent and treat surgical site infections. Acting as a hospital rep working in ORs and clinics, learning and succeeding in the challenging world of hospital sales, I forged top sales from 2009 - 2012 through continuous relationship building with physicians and relevant OR and hospital personnel. In 2012, I accounted for nearly 48% of national sales.

My specialty for 17 years (full and part-time) was in the planning and execution of care for patients who had received reconstructive surgery for head & neck cancer and trauma.
