• Role:
• Responsible for the implementation of the subsurface design of an onshore gas field in the Northern part of the Netherlands.

• Created a change in design in order to be more robust both technically and financially.

• Two month secondment from Shell to Salym Petroleum Development in Moscow. Salym Petroleum Development is a 50/50 JV between GazPromNeft and Shell.
• Correlated drawdown to total suspended solids data in vertical oil wells.
• Created yield-stress-based Excel tool to predict onset of sand production.
• Calculated critical drawdown and uncertainty range for 6” horizontal wells.
• Proposed and written a ramp-up guideline for Cherkashin wells.

Salym, Western Siberia, Russian Federation

• Eight month secondment from Shell to Salym Petroleum Development. Working on rotation in an oilfield (1 month on, 1 month off) in the Salym Field in Western Siberia, Russian Federation.
• Supervised Russian contractor during 7 correlation jobs for both tubing conveyed perforation and wireline perforation.
• Responsible for well and reservoir surveillance for 900+ oil producers and water injectors, prepared proposals for 200+ PLT and FBU jobs.
• Made weekly oil deferment overview and identified opportunities for extra production.
• Investigated root cause of 7 wells with casing failure and provided solution to restore well integrity and increase production.
• Wrote 30+ proposals for ESP changeouts, hydraulic fracc jobs, producer completions, re- and additional perforations. All approved and executed.
