My area of expertise is focused on providing coverage to financial organisations who are investing into overseas projects (Equity & Debt). Specialist lines of cover include Expropriation Perils (Host Government misbehaviour), War & Civil Disturbance, Currency Inconvertibility/Transfer Restrictions & Non Honouring of Sovereign Obligations/Breach of Contract.I can also assist with evaluating the entire project risk and structuring coverage for the Project All Risk Construction (including Delay in Start Up)/operational risk, the Marine Cargo perils for EPC contractors, Accident & health protection for the project company & EPC workers, Surety Bond solutions when necessary and other coverage relevant for each specific project for either the investment company or any EPC contractors involved in the project.
