    Founding member and Managing Partner. We filed for the LLC for Recreation on December 15, 2016 and haven't looked back once. We have grown from just Sterling and I in a 400 sq ft office to 15 members working remotely for all of 2020 while converting our incredible exposition park Dallas office into a content studio. In 2024 and beyond, we're rooting ourselves in great client service to provide incredible agency services in an ever-evolving marketing and advertising climate. We have amazing employees to pair with equally amazing clients. In 8 years we've grown and learned, and I think we're ready to continue to grow in a big way in 2024 and beyond, both in the quality of work and the quality of people. Recreation is here to stay. I hope we get a chance to work together.

Rob's profile as a Diabetes Influencer has grown to over 19k followers and has been featured in all major Diabetes publications, nonprofits, and major consumer brands like Express. Creating space for people with Diabetes while advocating for affordable insulin, coverage for preexisting conditions and health equity for all continue to be top prioritiy. Type - 1 Diabetes affects over 1.25 Million Americans, and an additional 40,000 are being diagnosed each year. Yet the stories about the lives of those T1Ds go largely untold. Diabetics Doing Things tells those stories in an effort to grow awareness for Type-1 Diabetes by connecting those who fight it every day. Diabetics Doing Things was born out of the idea that not everyone receives the same kind of positive encouragement during a Type-1 Diabetes diagnosis that Rob received at Children's Medical Center in Dallas. Those people need to hear stories of their Diabetic peers who are out in the world living their lives and accomplishing the goals they've set for themselves. Through the telling of each other's stories, Rob hopes that Diabetics Doing Things will become a community built on encouragement, positivity, and hope for everyone with Type-1, while educating the general public on the hopes, struggles and thoughts of the Type-1 Diabetic community.
