He also handled a range of matters relating to information technology and the internet, including breach of contract, trade secret, intellectual property and defamation.

He also handled breach of contract, trade secret, and employment matters, and in all types of cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

Rob played a lead role in developing and managing an integrated legal, public policy, media, and community organizing campaign to promote sustainable transportation and land use planning. The campaign won a major federal lawsuit under the National Environmental Policy Act and began a transformation of public opinion in favor of smart growth strategies that continues today.
