Direct report of the SVP for Technology and Transformation, my teams responsibly included managing high-impact, value-adding projects from beginning to end. We led cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver projects, allocate resources and track project progress. I also evaluated systems and processes to explore potential improvement opportunities. Likewise, we gathered, collected and analyzed data extensively to identify trends and patterns and determine suitable courses of action.
