I am a highly motivated and experienced procurement manager with a solid technical background. I manage groups of procurement professionals in medium and large international telecommunications projects both pre-contractual phase and post-contract signature. In those phases I am end-responsible for multiple procurement categories. The procurement team for a project need to interwork and cooperate with the sales team in a very time constrained, commercial and technical challenging environment. Aim is at all times to meet or even exceed customer requirements with innovative and yet financially attractive solutions. Once a project has become a customer contract, the team is involved in the initial setup of solution roll-out. In this way the full knowledge of the team is used and maintained throughout the full process from pre-sales to roll-out completion.I am always curious to find new ways of supporting the sales teams with the newest insights in my field of expertise, which is telecommunications (global enterprise networks using multiple modes of transport of customer content).
