Oversaw the scheduling and day to day operation of Daria Express' multi million dollar student storage program across several college campuses in the greater Boston area, with a focus on Boston University, Tufts University, and Emerson College. Managed a large crew of drivers and laborers, scheduling and routing of pickups and deliveries, and overseeing on-campus operations. Responsible for general management of the customer service helpdesk and the customer service hotline. Analyzed season end data to create and implement more efficient intake and distribution plans for the upcoming season. Created and implemented training policies and work flows for employees for both our temporary seasonal workforce and our full time UPS Store partners. Worked to integrate the packstoreship.com system into our franchise network of UPS Stores. Assisted in inventory management for up to 40,000 individual items from intake to delivery.
