I’ve implemented several solutions for the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) which range from data validation scores to fully reporting hospital performance in the key admissions. During my time at Wells Fargo I overhaled the Incentive Compensation System, implementing a table-driven design which reduced maintenance and improved overall performance. I also lead the pilot and the implementation of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) system which is used to measure customer satisfaction. I planned an implemented a tech health refresh that was implemented on-time and did not require extra work for our partners. I have a knack for being able to bridge the gap between tech-talk and busines needs to offer suggestions for implementing effective solutions.When I’m not working or spending time with my family, I enjoy playing guitar, golf, and in November working on my mustache. Since 2011 I have raised over $20,000 for men’s health and I plan on working with Movember as long as I can. Once in a while I’ll pick up my guitar and perform some live feeds for children, or maybe make an appearance as Santa Clause because we all need some cheer every once in a while.
