Through more than 20 years of experience in leadership, I discovered a passion for helping others reach their leadership goals. A retired Navy Command Master Chief, I learned the foundations of sound leadership from the bottom up. While rising through the military ranks, I had the opportunity to lead numerous teams, coaching those I led develop their own leadership styles and skills. During my time in the Navy, I came to understand the remarkable benefits of leadership coaching. After retiring from the Navy, I earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Coaching and Mentoring from Regent University. My desire is to help you undergo that leadership transformation within yourself and to walk alongside you as you meet the goals you set and make that journey toward full leadership development. I recognize and appreciate the struggle many face in understanding their leadership potential. My coaching approach begins with the belief that you possess the motivation and desire to gain a full understanding of your leadership abilities.
