Conducted in-house full-cycle recruiting for Southern Utah region and moved to help Taylorsville location to continue doing the recruiting. Hired and onboarded up to 20+ employees in one month based on company's need. Oversaw HR for the Southern Region of the company which included over 50 employees. Implemented new hiring and onboarding practices that were adopted throughout the company. These practices helped get better quality employees at a quicker pace and helped retained those employees longer. I also helped with scheduling, client onboarding, answered incoming calls, payroll approval, and session note approvals.
