Managing all marketing, business development and strategic initiatives for the two fastest-growing business units across the Reece Group (Reece Civil - 30 stores & Reece Irrigation & Pools - 40 stores; combined sales >$200m). Launched multiple private label brands; developed and executed a long-term strategic plan for the Civil business; delivered >15% CAGR over a seven-year period.

Responsible for strategic development and growth of Reece's fastest growing division.

Point & Find was an innovative mobile app utilizing image recognition and GPS to link users through to relevant content and experiences via real-world objects.Responsible for establishing then overseeing the Operations of Point & Find business unit in Europe. Business development and project management with large global partners.

Management of Field Sales team (14 direct reports), ownership of store merchandising strategy (400+ stores) and responsible for the private-label brand portfolio.

Responsible for the merchandising of all 375+ stores across Australia, including:- Product ranging and stocking directions- Ownership of store layout and presentation standards- POS ticketing and signage- End-to-end management of the promotional calendar- New product roll-outs / GTM strategy- Management of the National Field Merchandising team (seven direct reports)
