Faerfield is a relatively young company with a long heritage. It was founded in 2019 by three industry experts to help solve key leadership challenges and enable organisations to build teams that deliver better services. Alongside my responsibilities as a Senior Researcher, I led the Executive Search Research team who worked on a wide range of roles across local government and the wider public sector. I led the search for some of the most senior and prestigious roles in Local Government, including numerous Chief Executive level appointments.

Notable appointments included: Chief Executive of the Crown Prosecution Service, Chief Executive of the Active Learning Multi Academy Trust, Chief Executive of the Marine Management Organisation and Director of Safeguarding of the Church of England.
